RETURN POLICY

If a situation ever occurs where you haven't received your package, please contact your local post office with your tracking information. Wax Queen Candle Co LLC. prides ourselves in packing your orders with lots of love and care. We always make sure that your order is packed well and in great condition before we drop it off at the post office. After we drop packages off at the post office WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. We also do not give refunds or exchanges. 

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders take 2-3 weeks for processing. Along side Shipping takes 1-5 business days depending on your location. My shipping days are Monday-Wednesday due to COVID-19. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not start processing until the following Monday. Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after you place it. After that time, no cancellations will be allowed.

Custom orders take 3-4 weeks for processing and require at least a 2 week notice and a 50% deposit. This includes baby shower favors, wedding favors, holiday/birthday gifts, etc.

BUSINESS HOURS

My business hours are Monday- Friday 10am-6pm. Emails will only be responded to during this time. We do not answer direct messages on social media so please only email if you have any questions or concerns.

ABOUT MY CANDLES

My candles are made from a Non Toxic Soy/Paraffin wax blend. If you are against the use of paraffin in candles, please do not order them. I don’t accept refunds or returns. Paraffin has been studied by The National Candle Association and they state it is non toxic. The paraffin is only used to make the scent throw stronger in my candles. If you’re still uncomfortable with that, please don’t purchase. 

NEW SCENTS

Wax Queen Candle Co LLC is constantly adding new scents to our collection. If you don't see a scent that you want, Please DM us on Instagram (@Waxqueencandleco) with any suggestions! We'd love to hear what kind of fragrances you'd like to see from us :)
